Sie mieten zwei kleine Landhäuser für maximal 6 Personen . Die Landhäuser liegen in einem großen gepflegten Anwesen von 10000 qm zwischen einem Olivenhain und wilde Ecken am Grundstücksende zum Indianerspielen. Die Landhäuser liegen ruhig und etwas versteckt am Fluss Rio Chia und sind nur 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt zum nächsten Strand. Ein großer Pool von 15m Länge und 1m bis 1,80m Tiefe befindet sich hinter dem Rasen. Zwei Sandstrände sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

Before being kissed by the sun, you can dive into the crystal clear water below the house. The mixed pebble/sand beach is about 50 meters away. It is also the ideal base for exploring all of South Sardinia and its magnificent beaches and landscapes.

The outdoor space is very private for eating and using the barbecue, with an outdoor shower. You get to the beach in 4-5 minutes, there is a convenience store nearby, pizzerias, restaurants, sale of fruit and vegetables directly from the producers.
