Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. HOUSE WITHOUT ELEVATOR WITH 4 FLOORS OF STAIRS, A LITTLE TIRING but compensated by a unique view! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LARGE SUITCASES both for the stairs and for the limited space of the attic.

Recently renovated apartment (2018) with panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, located in the upper part of the village near the Medieval Castle with a dominant position over the village of Riomaggiore and the Marina. Consisting of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette and a bathroom, as well as being equipped with all comforts, it has large windows and a terrace as its main features.

Provided: safe in each room, TV, mosquito nets and awning, tea and coffee corner and relaxation corner in the garden under the house.
