We really enjoyed our stay. It was only for one night but wished we could stay longer. We had everything we needed. Woke to a nice breakfast and loved spending the morning in the sun admiring the views. Highly recommend.

Richard's place was squeaky clean, loved the detail in there garden was perfect and Beutiful. There hospitality is very welcoming makes you feel right at home. Richard was precise in every detail we needed to know in every step of our 1st timers in Europe from purchasing the right adapters to use for curling iron and charging phones. Explained precisely how to get on the train and how to get out to get to him to drop off our luggage so we can catch the next train to London Victoria where his wife explained how to Enjoy The VE Day 80. May 5 2025. Not a Victory of a party or of any class. it's a Victory of The Great British Nation as a Whole. It was an Honor to have experienced this moment and watching the fly past was Epic. His wife sent us of with a lunch bag to the airport and got us there on time. Thanks again for a Memorable time in London.

A lovely homely feel about this house. Close to town yet felt like we were out in the countryside. A relaxing surroundings for a few days of catching up with family. Sophie provided good information, easy access and helpful tips for enjoying Cowes.

Kate is a kind and generous host. The space is clean and has enough room for a small party of three. Breakfast was incredibly. The outdoor areas are historic and beautiful. The best host I’ve ever stayed with. Kate is super responsive and flexible. Co-host Mark was amazing as well! Very welcoming and understanding of our issues with transportation. Overall, couldn’t recommend them more!!

Alex and Rebecca are kind and friendly hosts. They gave me plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the historic town of Arundel. The room has a very comfortable bed, lots of books and a view of the cathedral. Although not en suite, guests have their own bathroom on the next landing. Breakfast is generous and Daisy the whippet is beautiful!

What a fabulous cottage AND host ! Chris was super friendly , helpful , attentive and full of local recommendations. Thoroughly recommended. Look forward to a return visit soon.

Margaret is a warm and friendly host who goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. She’s thoughtful and considerate of guests’ needs, creating a relaxed and homely atmosphere. The room has a cozy, inviting feel that made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay with her again!

Thank you Bev for such a pleasant stay. We had a wedding at Southlands barn which was only a 6 min drive away from the b&b, perfect location! The room was clean, spacious and Bev really had thought of everything you might need being available in there. I was particularly grateful for the coffee machine and makeup wipes 😍 The breakfast was healthy and again, just what was needed. Thanks for being such a welcoming and thoughtful host!! Fantastic property, just what we needed for the month. Clean and tidy, property very warm which was a godsend when you have ben outside all day. I would definitely come back again.

We stayed with Susan while visiting family close by. Susan was a brilliant host, very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were lovely, clean and bright. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and we had a small sitting room with tv. The continental breakfast provided was ideal with fruits, yoghurts, cereals, croissants, toast along with juices, tea or coffee. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely room with access to the garden with table & Chairs outside. Had separate shower room and a small area with a mini fridge and workspace which was excellent for our needs. Delicious cereal with fruit, croissants and yoghurts for breakfast which was perfect and tea & coffee. Angela was extremely friendly and helpful showing us the quickest walking route through to the station. Would definitely stay with Angela again in the future.

A lovely one night stay in Janet's lovely home. Made very welcome by Janet who was very friendly and easy to get along with. The accommodation was perfect for us and was very clean and fresh. It was extremely quiet and we slept well. We were given a lovely continental breakfast in the morning which was great. Car parking was right outside the front door and very safe and secure. All in all a lovely visit and thank you Janet for your hospitality!

Perfect place to stay for the Brighton Marathon. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access into Brighton, host very helpful.

This was booked for a works appointment but the flat was absolutely substantial for what we needed. Clean, well equipped, instructions and communication from Isabela was excellent. If you need a reasonable place to stay close to Brighton then I would definitely recommend.

Lucy’s home is delightful. And the room was fantastic. Roomy, beyond generous amenities such as tea and toaster and more, clean, easy to get to and close to the active town of Petersfield. All in all one of the top Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. I want to return home and make shifts to my Airbnb room based on what I’ve experienced w Lucy.

We loved our stay at Lordington Park for my husband’s birthday weekend. Harriet and the staff were very welcoming and looked after us and our two sausage dogs. The room was beautiful and we loved the gardens, particularly as there were plenty of areas for the dogs to run around and let off some energy. We would highly recommend a visit!

Trish and her daughter were incredibly kind and there is a lot of love in the rooms they provide. Every detail thought of. It was a perfect place to stay as a single woman. The bus to the airport from the top of the road was super helpful with Ubers being so pricey! Would stay again. And very much appreciate the care and love put in! Thank you Trish!

Madeline is so welcoming and kind. Providing exactly what we needed and any information we required. Very grateful that she was able to squeeze our stay in as it was the perfect location. We arrived late and the path to the house was beautifully lit and easy to find. House and room was cozy warm.
