Lovely atmosphere in the house with piano being played in the background and an ethical ecological attitude to everything in the home. Alice was friendly and helpful, despite not feeling very well on one of the days.

Fran and Pete were wonderful hosts. Accommodating and welcoming throughout our stay. They responded to all our questions and messages quickly and were really informative. The house is a lovely and cosy place to stay and we all felt really at home.

Easy to find in a beautiful location. Very cosy room perfect for our family of 3. Joan & her Husband were so friendly and they cooked us the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for being lovely hosts, we will hopefully be back 😊

Amazing overnight stay. Beautiful surroundings, the food In the pub was incredible. Especially the pies! Will be back again for sure. Hosts and everyone were so friendly, even being our 2 big dogs it was a great stay.

The room and the place are lovely and Stephanie is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and has a kettle with tea, coffee, etc and all the amenities, plus a stunning sea view. Comfortable bed, big and clean bathroom on the same floor. The location is quiet, but it is easy to reach the town centre on foot. You can park there and just walk to the beaches. Breakfast was good, Stephanie even offered us some fruit to snack on. The breakfast room can also be used by the guests for having a meal, there's a Thai food trailer nearby which is cheap and filling. We felt very welcome and definitely would stay again!

A wonderful host who is happy to go out of her way to make you feel welcome and help out whenever she can. The farm is the ultimate peaceful retreat, with only the occasional cow or lamb punctuating the serenity. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, the breakfasts are amazing. Can't find anything negative to say about anything.

Wonderful little B&B situated on the island, Victoria was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was particularly delicious (with plenty of options) and watching the ducks and chickens roaming the garden provided great entertainment! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Lovely bedroom and separate private bathroom in Lesley's house. Comfortable and warm, easily walkable to the City centre and Chelmsford City FC. Ideal for couples exploring the area. Lesley is a great host!

David was a very likeable and friendly gentleman who made us feel welcome. The room was great and there were nice touches like biscuits and tea. We enjoyed chatting with David over the wonderful breakfast he prepared for us. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic! Beautiful room, extremely comfortable bed, beautiful breakfast spread in the morning, great chatting, plenty of extra little touches that made me feel right at home. She was very helpful with helping store my push bike inside at night. I definitely recommend staying with Jackie!

Perfect 1 night stay!! Catherine’s place was exactly what we needed for a nights stay over. We were gundog training and had travelled up 3 hours with our 4 dogs (which Catherine very kindly agreed for us bring) so it was the perfect base for getting some rest and the beautiful breakfast the next morning set us up for the day ahead! Thankyou for a lovely stay! :-)

What a lovely place to stay! Really modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the whole place was warm and inviting. Rachel was really helpful and Dan was welcoming when we arrived. The breakfast was delicious. An ideal place to stay when exploring the Shropshire hills. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a budget one-night stay for myself and 2 kids. This place was brilliant! As described, with added little touches like locally-made refreshments and funky decor / accessories. It was very clean, comfortable, cosy and welcoming and we loved the character of the building and room. Lisa was very friendly and helpful. Loved that different diets were catered for easily for breakfast, which was delicious and delivered bang on time. It was value for money, in a lovely rural setting, whilst also offering easy access to nearby places to visit. (So glad I decided against the local budget chain hotel and stayed here instead!) Would definitely recommend, and will be back when visiting Norfolk again.

Overnight stop in a beautiful part of Wales in a comfortable, clean room offered as b & b by Steve and Di. Warm welcome, refreshments to enjoy after the journey and an amazing breakfast. I enjoyed the whole experience very much and cannot thank them enough. Friendly and kind, they made a single traveller feel very safe and relaxed. My dog enjoyed her stay too and made friends with their dog. This is definitely a place I would recommend

Beverly is very friendly, welcoming and made me feel at home giving me useful information on the local area. Her house is comfortable and had all I needed with the use of the kitchen as I needed. The location is great for the town centre and for exploring the area. Great walks on the doorstep. I hope to stay again when I'm in the area.

We stayed for 3 days and were lucky with beautiful blue skies and sunshine. First impressions, a lovely walk into through spring flowering bulbs, and when we turned the corner to the Cabin- Wow! what a view. Lovely having a veranda to sit on, and we were very happy to have two lazy mornings reading and enjoying the woodburner,coffee and magnificent views. Enjoyed a beautiful walk up on to the Hergest ridge- time it with a visit to the gardens and coffee shop on the way down. And a very muddy walk, heading down to the local village- wellies/gaiters recommended if it been wet. We didn't get to meet the owner, Georgie, but she was warm in her welcome, very helpful with advice and prompt in replying to messages. The cabin felt a labour of love and we much appreciated its charm, design and thoughtfulness. Thankyou

Saltwater chronicles is an outstanding property . Everything you need is provided. The house is beautiful, private and has stunning views. The bedrooms are beautifully designed, beds are comfortable and each room has its own bathroom. The estate has lovely walks and the coastal walks are stunning. Great service and communication from the team at Dunskey. I would highly recommend

We stayed with our kids over Newyear and it was the perfect spot for us - close to neighbouring friends. Despite the howling storm and winds it was very cosy! we loved the cottage especially the decor and attention to detail. It had everything we needed for our short trip. We would love to come and visit again soon :)

Maria's loft is a gem. Located in a quiet Dorset village with good access to the south coast, it is beautifully and lovingly decorated and furnished, and is a great place to spend a dark winter evening away. Maria was delightful and could not have been more welcoming.

A stunningly beautifully decorated home in a peaceful setting, which is even nicer than the photos. Abigail provided an excellent breakfast including large organic eggs. The bed was comfy and our host was thoughtful, courteous and friendly, but not intrusive.

Clare was a wonderful host and the lodge is peaceful with great space!

Absolutely loved The Hut! A nice compact little unit with everything you could possibly want and more. I was very impressed with the workmanship of the construction and the attention to detail, both in the fabric of the hut and all the fittings and provisions. Needless to say there was enough breakfast to feed an army and all good quality items.
