Great place in a great location in the center of Chico. A little bit of ‘downtown noise’ but less than I expected given the location. Plenty of windows giving lots of light and even a view of the iconic Senator Tower and Chico Water Towers. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in this Chico apartment. The location is perfect -- right in the heart of downtown Chico. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We'd love to stay here again when we're visiting our daughter!

The location is great, right in the center of downtown Chico. We had a few issues during our stay but they were addressed. It is a plus that a parking space is included since it can be hard to park downtown. The place had everything we needed and the bed was large and comfortable. The host was very responsive.

I enjoyed my stay & everything was 100% accurate in the description. I stayed at this location a few times & it is always clean & comfortable.

Wonderful stay as always, last time we did a two bedroom, this time we just needed a 1 bedroom. Perfect accommodations, amazing view, nice location, easy check in. Would book one of Chelsea's airbnbs again.

Looked exactly like the photos and had a comfortable layout. All the basics for a stay were there. The location and surrounding places are not busy and the neighborhood is very quiet. This made a great place to take some time off in the winter and relax.
