NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Beautiful 85 sqm apartment on the second floor of a family house. Two bedrooms, kitchenette in the hallway and living/dining room with lake view. After all the children were out of the house, we decided with Dad to make the upper floor of the parents' house available for guests. Season 21 is our first and we hope to have nice guest encounters. Couples, small families & non-smokers will hopefully feel as comfortable in the large apartment with mountain and lake views as we do when visiting home.

You are welcome to enjoy a rich breakfast or different self-made specialities Friday to Sunday in our café "Gut Fasanenhöhe", which is located directly below the apartments (not included in the price).

All windows go to the garden, slightly wild, it is an oasis for birds and vacationers. Between the two seats, you can choose between sun or shade depending on the time of day and your wishes.

Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

The living room has a cozy couch that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.55 m x 2.05 m). From there you can reach the semi-shaded terrace. There is also a dining area in the fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and a wardrobe.
