The ground-floor vacation rental for 2 to 4 people seeking relaxation (double bed, sofa bed, additional travel cot for children available upon request) is accessed via two steps. In addition to a dining area, it offers a dining area in the kitchen.

In just 700 meters, you can reach the beautiful shores of Lake Chiemsee on foot or by bike, and from here, you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. The vacation rental includes a 20-square-meter terrace overlooking the countryside and direct access to the peaceful communal garden. Here you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors at sunrise.

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.
