House vacation rentals in Chillicothe

Our group of 6 kids and 2 adults had a wonderful stay. The living areas were spacious and the kids could really spread out for their own activities while the adults hung out in the main living space. We loved all the activities at the house, especially pickleball and basketball. Would love to return during summer months to take advantage of the pool!

My team stayed in Beth's house for the Buck Fifty race and it was perfect. Plenty of room for us to spread out, hot tub for sore muscles after each portion of the race and a comfortable place to relax in during the downtime. We will absolutely be booking for the race again next year assuming someone else doesn't snag it out from under us.

Stayed here with multiple families and kids and it was perfect!! The kids loved being on their own floor in the basement and every couple had their own bedroom! The common area was spacious and plenty of dining space!! We had an amazing time having game tournaments in the game area as well!

The property is amazing and was extremely clean! Markus and Danielle are great hosts who maintain their property well and were very helpful with the instructions and other questions that I had. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless and very spacious. It's a great place for a large group of people! Also, they have portable speakers in every room!

We had a blast! We came down for a weekend with 3 couples and 4 children and the house was the perfect size and space! The pool is awesome and the lake and surrounding area are awesome! 100% will stay again and recommend to others!

Clean, and peaceful setting. Not a lot of traffic. Easy to find and access stocked with everything you need (dishes ,towels ,ect) Very enjoyable

Great updated home, close to town and super quiet. Kitchen is fantastic. There was no shower soap or shampoo in the bathroom and the living room couch is incredibly uncomfortable. But overall a great place and a great value.

We love the place. We try to stay here when ever we need a place in West Virginia.

Mitch was very accommodating with my last minute reservation request. House was great for my visit with my son at OU. Drive yo campus was quick and easy. I arrived in the dark and rain and all the lights were on for my arrival. My dog loved having room to run around outside. Driveway was fine with my SUV, but didn't attempt with my son's small car.

Todd's place was very clean and had plenty of room for our large party. Had plenty of amenities and a great location with plenty of shops, stores and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again when I return to Ohio!

Bryan was an amazing host, his property was truly 1 of 1, amazing backyard and perfect home to bring your family even closer! on a quiet street and close proximity to the great nightlife Athens offers. Check in and check out was seamless and Bryan makes himself readily available if there’s anything his guests might need. Highly recommend this property for small groups. 10/10 experience. -Devone

If you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway this is the place! I’m home now and I’m homesick for the cabin lol Lewis was a wonderful host and very responsive. No issues at all.

What a gorgeous stay! Cozy but not cramped, super comfy bed, soft linens, warm, and just wonderful! The fire pit and hot tub were lovely. And there's a massage chair to boot!

Truly enjoyed our stay here. WA far enough out that it was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to Waverly and Piketon that we got to where we wanted to be quickly. Fawn was and excellent host and answered all our questions and was timely answering. Recommend and would stay here again.

Lovely stay in Chillicothe. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, things to do, etc. but house sits back up on a hill, so it is quiet and has a nice yard to play in. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

This place was absolutely amazing; I can’t even begin the time my family and I had at this house! I came in town from California to celebrate my mother’s 73rd birthday; this house came with everything we could have asked for to make our stay one for the books! The house came with everything we needed and others that we didn’t know we needed from a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art stove, dishes, utensils, cups, coffee, really good snacks, their was even cold beer and a bottle of wine when I arrived and after a long trip; it was much needed! Let’s talk about the backyard; it came with a beautiful waterfall feature; a beautiful fire-pit that you can sit around and a grill that we used a couple nights during our stay along with a patio table that we ate at. The beds were so comfy and relaxing, they had cute lil shampoos/soaps for your use along with a bath towel warmer in the bathroom and as cold as it was in Ohio, it definitely was needed. 5 star stay and will be back!

From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home—but with way more fun! The pickleball court was a hit with everyone, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the outdoor play area and game room. Mornings on the porch in the cozy egg chairs, sipping coffee while soaking in the beautiful views, were pure magic. The house was spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept so well each night. It was the kind of place that brings people together, where laughter comes easy and memories are made effortlessly. We came for a getaway, but we left with full hearts and stories we’ll be telling for years. Thank you for creating such a special space. We can’t wait to come back!
