Sandro and Marinella are great hosts. The house is extremely clean. The house is very quiet, enough parking in the yard, huge - large garden with perfect grass. There is a pizza oven and barbecue in the garden. Outside is very well lit everywhere and you can also grill and eat in the dark. In the kitchen there was everything you needed, dishwasher and washing machine. The house has state-of-the-art alarm system and there are carbon dioxide sensors.

Casa Fabiani welcomes you with a spacious, warm and calm atmosphere! We immediately felt at home and the house offers everything you could ask for. We slept very well, had nice breakfasts in the garden and all in all a beautiful time! Thank you for having us, we will definitely come back :)

Apartment as described. All communication with Andrea took place remotely, everything is provided, keys are available on site upon arrival, and all information is available on the rental site. The apartment is on the second floor of a small building with no elevator, it has two balconies, and all the rooms are quite spacious. It is located in a less urbanized area, and the balcony of the master bedroom overlooks the countryside. Its location was ideal for visiting Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and even Venice by car if you take the train to Florence, the round trip is doable during the day in Frecciarossa. The sandy beaches north of Pisa were nice. The wifi was a little capricious, for a good connection it is better to move the box in the large room instead of leaving it to the TV (the box connects to the phone network antennas like a smart phone).

Very clean and comfortable house, all the comforts available. We only stayed one night and it was a shame.
