We live down a long drive, with the property surrounded by fields. A neighboring equestrian center means you are more likely to encounter horses on your drive down than a car. Due to our rural location, you will need your own vehicle to access the many nearby attractions, ranging from Oxford, the stunning Cotswolds to the lovely local walks and pubs. There is ample onsite parking at the property.

The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

The property is located in Aston which has a village shop, pub and a cafe in the pottery. Located close to Witney there are plenty of good places to eat in the local area. The annexe is detached from our property above a double garage with a private entrance. There is a modern en-suite plus a kitchen area which includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and sink. We are a family with two dogs. The annexe is located to the front of our home.
