Perfect for a romantic getaway, a peaceful escape, or a base to explore the rolling hills & local villages, it’s a place to slow down, unwind, and make lasting memories. The cottage is over 350 years old so please be mindful it is quite rustic and the staircase is steep. A starter bundle of firewood will be provided free of charge.

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

Welcome to The Annexe at Estover Way - cosy and self contained, located just off J6 of the M40, and only a short commuting distance to Oxford, Aylesbury and High Wycombe. Surprisingly spacious for a 1 bedroom annexe, large open plan kitchen, adjoining the living/dining area. The upstairs area offers a double bed and separate bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC. Outside there is use of a small shared garden and driveway parking for one car.
