Fantastic views over the Chilterns & lovely walks and pubs on the doorstep.

Perfect for a romantic getaway, a peaceful escape, or a base to explore the rolling hills & local villages, it’s a place to slow down, unwind, and make lasting memories. The cottage is over 350 years old so please be mindful it is quite rustic and the staircase is steep. A starter bundle of firewood will be provided free of charge.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

Rustlings Rest includes it's own private entrance and courtyard with parking for one car. It offers peace and tranquility to anyone wanting some time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and is the perfect location for walking and exploring the surrounding areas.

Princes Risborough, 3 Double Bedrooms, Big Garden

This is our lovely end-terraced Edwardian house where you can enjoy country walks in the Chilterns, go for bike rides, or have a BBQ in the beautiful garden. The house is just a short walk from the train station in the medieval market town of Princes Risborough. We have private parking for one car and bicycles are available for the guests to use. The house is ideal for max 4 grown-ups, your pet can be brought on request.

A brick and Stone barn that sleeps 6, Cutter’s Barn has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is set on a small livestock Farm in stunning rural Buckinghamshire. Magnificent views of rolling hills and valleys on the edge of the Chiltern Hills, but close to Oxford and excellent transport links to London. Cattle and Sheep share the surrounding pastures with abundant wild bird and animal life.
