Nice and cozy first floor apartment with spacious patio shared with another apartment. Quiet area. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed in the living room (both with air conditioning and fan). Bathroom and kitchen (microwave, toaster and necessary items). Located 7min (550m) from the Rule Beach 600m from downtown. Surrounded by all kinds of services within 200m (bars, shops, etc.). FREE WIFI. AIR IS PAID SEPARATELY

Quiet and central in Chipiona

Piso in Chipiona very well located, a few meters from the beach of Regla (5 min. walking approx.). Unbeatable location. Once the car is parked it is not necessary to move it at all. Very close to downtown, the Sanctuary and the lighthouse. Features a very nice and spacious terrace. It is in a very quiet area of the village, ideal to disconnect. No car or motorbike garage. Animals are welcome. Ask any questions without compromise.

Very bright apartment, and completely renovated. Located five minutes from the famous beach of Regla and its promenade, with bars and restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine. Includes Dolce gusto coffee machine, kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, A/C, SmartTV TV, and everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. Second floor with elevator, and access to the building with ramp and handrail railing.

Everything is private. What you see in the photos will be at your disposal and nothing is shared with other guests. The house is a 5-minute walk from the beach and the La Laguna development. In the opposite direction, a 10-minute walk away is the pine forest, and in 10 minutes by car you would reach the Costa Ballena golf course and in the opposite direction the city, sanctuary, etc...
