Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chiquimula Department

Rous, Belen’s mom was very attentive and friendly. My mom and I felt very comfortable and at home. The house was exactly like the pictures. Place was clean. Nice comfy bed, nice ample place all around. Water pressure from the showers was great. Basilica is about 20 minutes walking from the house. The old church of Santiago where the original “Cristo Negro” was and the main park of Santiago church is only 5 mins walking from the house. Overall, nice place and highly recommend it. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Everything was great! The location is very good as it is close to the city and that allows it to be quiet but accessible. The house is very comfortable, the airs work very well, just like the TVs.

Excellent attention received by the host, including good recommendations and information. Close enough to the Bacilica, like to walk and leave the cart safe in the accommodation.

Fabulous place! The family is so nice and the pool and relaxing lounge area is beautiful. As a real bonus they will coordinate a massage for you as well as you can get a delicious breakfast here. Both are for a small extra fee of course. The apartment was perfectly clean and the bed comfortable. We chose to stay here instead of further in Conception and drive daily. Very safe and tranquil. Strong WiFi. Especially nice if you enjoy going in a pool that is crystal clear water or lounging and relaxing poolside. Boni’s was that I could connect my music to their sound system around the bar/lounge area. We live in the US and have stayed at many places. We can highly recommend this place to you without any hesitation.

This place is beautiful, just like the photographs. Cleanliness was spotless throughout the house, well tidy, with unique details. It is in a super safe residential area, you can walk around the colony and enjoy the rich morning weather. Leaving the colony there is a shop where you can buy things that are missing and by vehicle it is close to the Park and other attractions. The communication with Ulises was excellent and we recommended restaurants to go to. I highly recommend this place to you!

Very nice place close to the Basilica and tourist areas. The hosts are very friendly and gave us recommendations of tourist areas to visit. The house is clean and Mary Carmen was always attentive to the phone, accommodating us with every question we had!

We literally booked this place last minute as my family was in need of a place to stay, the home was very clean, very close to Esquipulas church and surroundings. You feel like you’re at your own home, very comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend anyone to stay here it was worth our trip. Thank you to the owner for allowing us to book!
