No smoking in the Casita, small pets will be considered upon inquiry. 25 minute walk to town, taxis are $3. If you come from/go to main road at stairs it should be $1. Entire house has filtered water and hot water. There is a neighborhood security guard from 6pm to 6am. Only registered guests can have access to the pool.
