Monthly Rentals in Chiugiana-La Commenda

We were 2 mature Italian and 1 American women long-time friends who wanted to enjoy a road trip from Florence to primarily see Solemeo. Maria Christina's location was perfect for this visit as well as several other lovely Umbrian villages. The house was very comfortable for us and the added bonus was spring flowers popping up everywhere. It was a great stay in a lovely location.

Lovely and relaxing place, the apartment is very nice, clean and warm. Very helpful. Great location to visit the villages around Trasimeno Lake and in the hills.

Federica is a friendly, pleasant and kind host. We had a really good time in her home, which is spacious, very clean and welcoming. Federica was available both for check-in and for info about the area and then being a pleasant person it is a fun chat with her, too bad we had a short time. central location for us since we visited Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio and nothing is missing in the apartment. thank you Federica!!!!

A house with an incredible view which very much matched our expectations - incredibly peaceful and very well equipped. Saverio was an excellent host who communicated very well and was at the property to meet us and joined us as we left. Highly recommend this property and area.
