The place provides privacy - you have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a sofa bed with quality mattresses, 1 sofa bed. You can enjoy the large terrace with seating. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house stands on a village near Jindřichův Hradec. Our family lives on the ground floor. Enjoy a relaxing break, whether you're passing through or wanting to stay for a few days.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelák at the foot of the Iron Mountains in the PLA, we knew that we wanted to share it and give it to other people. Forest on one side, pond on the other, pure nature, peace and fresh air.. We built 2 chalets here that have separate check-ins, so you won't be disturbing each other at all. And who are we? Cozy yet spacious apartment suitable for up to 4 people + a little one. Bedroom with large bed is directed towards a peaceful courtyard. Travel cot and baby chair can be provided upon request. Living room has a spacious sofa that can be expanded for 2 more people to sleep comfortably and a balcony to enjoy your coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Centric place next to city parks surrounded by cute cafes and cool restaurants.

Yelena lakeside forest retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed. The open plan ground floor has a fireplace, fully equiped kitchen with coffee machiner and dishwasher, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

A new and equipped cottage with a covered porch in a quiet location on the edge of the Ratmírov Pond. There's a smaller annex from the back of the cottage where you can store your bikes. Inside there is a stove top, kettle, built-in refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning/electric heating, TV. Dog fee 150,- /night Around the cottage is a large grassy property and a fence.
