House in Cholet 20 minutes from Puy du Fou 4 beds garden

Charming little house 10 minutes' walk from the city center and the train station, Sacré-Cœur district. 5 minutes from all shops, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacco... The house is located in front of my own house. The common garden is located in the middle of the 2 houses. On the other hand, a small private garden with barbecue is reserved for the rental house (see photo). Parking is easily done on the street. The entrance to the house is 40 meters from the street and accessible by private road.

Located at 10min from the Oriental Park of Maulévrier, 30 min from the Puy du Fou and the Bioparc of Doué-la-Fontaine, 45 min from Angers and Nantes and 1h30 from Futuroscope.
