Good, but the smell of the mattress and TV equipment should be updated. The air conditioner smells bad.

We had an amazing stay at Heaven 77. The House was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy garden with the fireplace & comfortable living area made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with spectacular views. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated the amazing breakfast with its presentation. It’s clear they put effort into creating a memorable experience for their guests. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Khai Yai and hope to return in the future. The view from the room is absolutely amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place felt very private and peaceful. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Worth the stay!

The house is in a fantastic location and is incredibly generously designed – there is really plenty of space here to feel completely comfortable. Ideal for a larger group who wants to spend a relaxing and cozy weekend. We were particularly impressed by the warm welcome by the housekeeper, who welcomed us so warmly. A highlight was that she had already cleaned everything sparkling clean the next day, so we didn't have to worry about checking out. The host was also super quick to respond and support us. The apartment is tiptop equipped with fresh, nice linens, clean towels, a spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, a big table, a great music system and two really big TVs. All in all, it was a completely successful stay – I'd love to come back!

Amazing time for our family

What a gorgeous stay for our group of 13! Everything we pile possibly need was there as well as such a beautiful, relaxing private retreat. We would definitely stay again!
