Nowadays, the buildings of the past are disappearing and apartments and modern buildings are being built, but Hwaeng () was designed as a private stay for reflection as it was at that time. The name "Hwa-yeong" was created by comparing the flower that lives between the asphalt and concrete buildings to a flower blooming in the asphalt. In order to embody the flower that runs through Hwaeng, it is expressed concisely and clearly without losing the balance of yin and yang, and the beauty of symmetry and modernity, based on the materials that embodied the image of the Korean flower in the past. A flower in the city center, it responds with that flower.

If you go to Hanok Village, you can return it there. There is also Deokjin Park, which is also famous as a nightlife spot, about 10 minutes on foot. I think the most important thing about any trip is a cozy and comfortable space and cleanliness. We'll arrange it so you can feel at home. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in the center of Palbok-dong, it is very close to The May Hotel and Palbok Art Square, and the hot spring house is located right next to it. Barbecue or cooking is prohibited, and microwave and coffee pot can be used. The stairs are short but somewhat steep due to the height of the half-story, and we are not responsible for accidents caused by carelessness.
