Villa Kyparisopoula is located on the hilltop of Katsaros area overlooking the Aegean Sea. The Southeast location of the Villa allows you to experience beautiful views along with a breathtaking sunrise. It is a traditional country house, consisting of four private apartments (out of which three are available for leasing) making it an ideal holiday destination for large families and groups of friends. (The apartments can be rented separately, and price will be given upon request)

Traditional cosy house situated in the heart of Skiathos centre(at the old town which is the oldest and most traditional place), ideal for a family of five. Just one minute away from the famous pillows bars and a few minutes away from the sea! In a very quite neighbourhood very close to the port of Skiathos (400m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2,5km to the airport. The house has fast internet connection and 43inch smart tv (Netflix, YouTube, Cosmote tv ext)

Thea Summer House

Me and my family are excited to welcome you to our summer apartment! The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island. The apartment is a recently renovated, lovely semi-basement, with plenty of space to welcome up to four people and a beautiful garden, just in front of the house, with an incredible view of the sea!

Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. The flat has underfloor heating, but it is not used for bookings less than one week. For shorter bookings there is available a fireplace. With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

A rare opportunity to spend your holidays surrounded only by the sea, the mountains, and the peaceful atmosphere of relaxation. No shops, bars, and crowds around, but if you would like to enjoy a night out or shopping, the tourist village of Milina is only a 10-minute drive. Parking is possible in the village 100m from the house, or you can park on the road next to the front gate.

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, nightlife, family-friendly activities, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful, 2 streets away from the sea, in the best area of Volos. There is a park and a playground really close to walk your dogs or for your kids to spend time. City center is a 10’ walking distance.
