The residence has two floors, on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed in total. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a stone-built sofa-bed. The toilet is located next to the house in the courtyard It has a large yard in which there are gas stove and an outdoor dining area.

The Potter's House

The Potter's House is an old traditional, renovated two-storey building with the potter's studio and a gallery space downstairs and a tastefully renovated apartment upstairs. It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos. The neighbourhood is quiet although the house is only two minutes from the beautiful village square which is shaded by enormous Plane trees and surrounded by tavernas, a traditional coffee shop and two gift shops. A new playground is available at the village square.

Unser großer Garten mit dem liebevoll renovierten ebenerdigen Steinhaus und angeschlossenem Studio liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Milina bietet viele Strände in der näheren Umgebung, Tavernen, Supermärkte, Apotheke und ATM. Ein idyllischer Fischerhafen und Strandbars lassen Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Ξεκούραση για όλη την οικογένεια με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό του Νοτίου Πηλίου, την Ξυνόβρυση. Απέχει ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του χωριού με τα παραδοσιακά καφέ και τις ταβέρνες κάτω από τα δροσερά πλατάνια. Αποτελεί ιδανικό προορισμό διακοπές καθώς συνδυάζει Αιγαίο (6χλ. Από την παραλία των ποτιστικών) και Παγασητικό (15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τις παραλίες της Παου, Χόρτου, Μηλίνας και Καλάμου).

Studio No2 is 1 of the 3 independent studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with view to the sea. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.

The site is located in the village named "Horto". The village is located in Pelion, the mythical mountain of the Centaurs, where it is washed by the green waters of the Pagasitic Gulf and within a short distance you can visit the famous beaches of the Aegean Sea. The large city of Volos is only 45 km away, access by public transport or by private car. The village has a mini market and many options for food.
