Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chōsei District

Magnificent view of ocean, one of the best room in the building. The building itself is a bit old but well maintained, as well as I liked ambiance and interior.

サーフィンをするのにベストスポットですね。歩いてすぐにサーフスポットにつきます。帰ってきてからも外にシャワーがあるので、とても便利です。

This family trip was for an international event held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. We were very lucky to book Yuki’s property in advance. The location is excellent. It’s very close to JR Soga Station, just 10-15 minutes to Kaihimmakuhari Station, and Chiba Station. It’s extremely convenient for both public transportation and, if you are driving, there are plenty of paid parking lots nearby. The overnight parking fee is reasonable. The property is located on the 5th floor of a residential building, with an elevator for easy access. The self-check-in and out process was very smooth. Yuki was quick and in responding to any questions we had. The apartment is well-maintained, very spacious, neat, and clean. It features a living room, a full-size kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, making it suitable for a family. The only small note is a slight vibration from nearby trains, but it didn’t bother us. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay again when visiting Chiba!

This is such a beautiful place in a small town outside of Tokyo. The place has everything you need and you can really tell that the host has spent a lot of time and thought in setting up the place. I think having a vehicle of some sort is important to really see the surrounding area but I loved my stay here. Would recommend if you want a slower pace than Tokyo proper!

1泊2日間ありがとうございました！ 入り口から本当に綺麗で中に入るととても広大なスペースで3人で料理させていただきましたが、十分すぎて感動しました。ホストの方も返信が早く、質問に対しても迅速に回答していただきました。また、一ノ宮に来た際は利用させていただきたいほど立派でした。本当にありがとうございました。

清潔感あり、お風呂が広くて良かったです。 天井高く開放感があり、ゆったり過ごせました。 家族利用もおすすめです。 ありがとうございました。

年末に大人4人で宿泊させていただきました。 室内は綺麗に整頓されており、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 また、寒い季節だった事もあり1人1枚ずつ電気毛布なども用意されておりとても気の利くホスト様でした。

写真で見る以上に広く感じました。 リノベーションされたような綺麗な屋内で、滞在している間楽しく過ごさせてもらいました。 調理器具、タオル、歯ブラシなども完備されています。 土足スペースが多いので使い捨てスリッパのようなものを持って行くと便利かと思います。 やりとりもスムーズでした。 2月に伺ったのでまた海のシーズンになったら泊まってみたいと思いました。 ありがとうございました！

とても快適に過ごさせていただきました。 水回りや寝具なども清潔で調理器具やバーベキュー用品も揃っており、オーナーさんの心遣いに感動しました。予約後に人数の変更を依頼したのですが快く引き受けてくださりありがとうございました。ガイドブックに載っていたスーパーやレストランなども参考にさせていただきました！とても楽しいゴールデンウィークになりました。この度はありがとうございました。
