Open plan accommodation spread over three floors; first floor master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with big bath tub and office area, stairs leading to an open mezzanine bedroom with two single beds. In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

This cottage with shared swimming pool, refurbished, will allow you to enjoy the countryside in a village with shops near the forest of Collettes. Between Combrailles and Valle de la Sioule, 50 km from Vichy and 50 km from Puy de Dôme, You can relax in the garden or pool between 2 visits or many activities in the area. (Canoeing, tree climbing, hiking) You can also enjoy our gym with sauna possibility to have 2 separate beds in the room

Ideal for 2 people, Valouca has been fully renovated and furnished and has an internet box. You will find all the necessary amenities and the expected comfort while being close to shops, restaurants and the market (Thursday morning). We provide sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing and cleaning products.
