Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Vyhrazené místo na parkování a autobusová zastávka je 5 minut chůzí z kopce po pěšině. Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.
