Amazing location, short walk to the Colloseum, felt very safe, and of course the magical view of the Colloseum. We left our windows open at night and couldn't stop staring at the Colloseum lit up. Rome overall was other wordly, and we were lucky to stay in a spot in the midst of it all. Great host, felt very welcomed upon our arrival by Roberto. We wish we could have brought our kids here, there was plenty of room at this stay. And the laundry was a life saver for a 2 week trip.

Lovely little apartment in a great neighbourhood, perfect if you want to get away from the more touristy areas of Rome. Kitchen was well stocked too if you want to try some cooking

We loved our stay in Luca’s apartment. It was big enough for us and our 3 yr old + had everything we needed for our stay - fully stocked kitchen, comfy bedding, washing machine, air con/heating, good size bathroom & super fast wifi. The location of the apartment is so good. We think Campo De Fiori is the best place to stay in Rome. There is so much in Campo De Fiori + it is central to all the major sites - we went everywhere on foot & nothing felt too far. The apartment itself is in a beautiful, lively square, which has a couple of restaurants - super convenient for morning coffees & a quick bite to eat. It is lively until late on weekends, but this didn’t bother us & didn’t impact our three-year old sleeping perfectly through the night! I found it a fantastic atmosphere to get amongst when entering or leaving the apartment. Luca’s contact was also really good. Super responsive & everything you’d want from a host. We’ll definitely look to stay here again next time we’re Rome

apartment located in an area with many amenities: 24-hour pharmacy (you never know) and metro (Libyan stop line b) less than 100m away, garage under the building, the clean and cozy apartment, located on the 7th floor (with elevator) is very quiet, Luca was very helpful and showed us some places to visit

Very friendly host, good location

Celeste was a charming and attentive host. The accommodation is very well located, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and has suited our needs. there was a thrifty and a fine-hole strainer, in addition to efficient kitchen knives. There were infusions and ground coffee for Italian coffee makers. The bathroom is also comfortable and there were all the products like soap, shampoo, moisturizer in a nice container. For the sensitive: the curtains on the windows are not opaque but it suits us. During our stay, we could hear a little from the neighbors. The atmosphere of the place suited us very well.

Beautiful apartment and excellent landlord

We had a great weekend in Rome. The apoartment was fantastic and the area had great restaurants and shops. Marianna was a great host and helped with transport and our other queastions. I absolutely recommend her and the apoartment!!

Such a sweet host and very responsive. The communication back and forth was so helpful and felt as if Ginevra and I knew each other for so long. The place was so peaceful and quiet. Honestly, it looked smaller in the pictures, but actually was bigger than expected… so score!! I appreciated the cleanliness and the flexibility for our stay (check in/out). 10/10 would recommend and also would definitely come back to this cute and cozy apartment. The price was also reasonable for my stay, which was so much help as a recent college graduate. The apartment was also walking distance to a lot of great spots, train station, and bus stops. I am so glad i stumbled across her home. 🙂

I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

Francesco's place is fantastic. It's less than 5 minutes walking from Ottaviano subway station (where you can take the subway to various places), 15 minutes walking distance to Saint Peter's square, 20 minutes walking to Castel Sant'Angelo. It's located in a very nice neighborhood, with cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of 5 people, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen attached to the living room is quite convenient, with various appliances at your disposal. To top it all, the breakfast vouchers for Mozart Cafe just across the street was an amazing surprise, and Francesco is a super star host. We will definitely stay at his place again whenever we travel back to Rome.

Beautiful apartment we had a great stay here , had everything you need with some nice touches to make it feel like home. Place was immaculate bed was very comfortable and having the balcony was great. Simona was very responsive before during and after and gave us some recommendations for restaurants. This was our first time in Rome and the location of apartment was ideal for all the sights. Would definitely return to this apartment.

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. Very good taste in every detail. Very equipped, had everything in the kitchen and bathroom. It was easy to access the apartment with the instructions Robby sent us. The area is super quiet and 5 blocks from Termini, which is a good data to move easily in Rome. Super recommended host!

We have just returned home after a lovely week in Rome. The apartment was very nice, classically furnished with no flaws. The cleaning was top notch. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We unfortunately needed medical help and here we received help and support from the hosts so that our meeting with the Italian healthcare system was safe and we got the right help. All in all, a really good experience that we would recommend to others.

The Colliseum was just a few minutes walk away from the air bnb! Super convenient because most things are centered around this area. The jacuzzi was a major plus and was working perfectly. We had a late night coming back and it was the perfect touch to watch the night lights and relax from all the walking. There are a lot of restaurants and breakfast palaces nearby. My favorite was going to get coffee at this little cafe just a few minutes down. The Airbnb was clean and cute for us two as a couple and we couldn’t really ask for more! Thank you for a great place to crash on a whimsical trip with my honey :)

Excellent stay at Alessandro's, I give it 5 stars because I can't put more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and comes with all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for self access to the apartment were clear and easy. We feel safe there because the apartment is in a gated and quiet residence. There is a car park across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small haven of peace close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back again!

Highly recommended, the house was clean, had clean towels for everyone, it felt like home. Also the house owner was so kind.

The property is easily accessible by car and is actually well cared for and equipped with the comforts of a modern home. You can easily reach the Anagnina metro station and from there you can get there by metro anywhere in Rome in about halfanhour. Giuseppe was super helpful in everything and even the directions to where to go to eat were very useful. Super positive experience, if I had to go back to Rome I would book there again!

Everything was great, Flavio and the apartment, but you probably want to have a car when you stay here.

Flavio was a great host. Quick to respond to concerns or questions. Only hitch was the electronic gate entry was malfunctioning but he supplied us with a numeric keypad fix. Highly recommend.
