100/100!! At first, when we searched for a place to stay because we had a concert to attend, we just wanted a place with a living room to gather and have some talk. Sejak pertama kali membuka pintu, yang langsung disambut dengan ruang tengah penuh fasilitas lengkap, rapi, dan terawat, menjadikan kebersamaan terasa lebih hangat. The quality truly blows our mind, the place is so clean, we had some good sleep because the mattresses are so comfy, and we can request things like iron and hair dryer. Kamar mandi dilengkapi dengan shower yang berfungsi dengan baik, peralatan mandi yang lengkap dan terisi penuh. Unfortunately, we don’t have time to swim at the pool beside the tower and take a walk around the complex. Make sure you guys spare some time and enjoy the neighborhood!! If we have a concert to attend again, we’ll make sure to book this place😁 Thank you for hosting us! Excellent stay for 2 nights with everything needed. felt right at home in the super comfy bed.

Great place, great view, the living room feels cozy with sofabed, warm carpet, and netflix. Bedrooms have amazing panoramic view. Kitchen utensils are quiet complete. The place is clean and aesthetic. He also left some interesting books and magz we can read and see there. I can say Anton’s a very thoughtful host, I can see that from how complete the instruction of the place is (you will find many guiding notes there) which will help the guest a lot without we need to ask. He also acommodate mineral water, shampoo, soap, clean towels and free additional pillows and blankets (cleanly wrapped in plastic just like new!). This place is really worth the price. I spent a great time there with my friends. Thankyou for the great place and hospitality Anton!

Finally..found the place like home on our staycations and would definitely come back again..we stayed for three nights and regret it ...as it was soooo perfect in every single things 😍😍...smooth check in and out, perfect in room facilities, everythimgs worked well, responsive staff, perfect locations to find transport and food, the swimming pool was soooooo coooollll....beessssttttt Thank you ms dea

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Rumah cukup besar & di dlm perumahan, parkiran bs muat sampai dengan 3 mobil, Pak Willy jg cukup responsif walaupun kami sempat selisih paham utk singkatan hr (hari dan hour) di awal pemesanan. Sayangnya rumah ini maksimal cuma bs utk 8 (delapan) org saja, sedangkan saya bersama rombongan. Pastikan teman2 konfirmasi apakah di dlm rumah bs merokok atau tdk terlebih dahulu sblm memesan, karena di dlm rumah Pak Willy ini tdk bs merokok, shg saya dan suami tdk bs menikmati rumah ini krn suami sy dkk tdk bs merokok di dlm rumah. Over all rumahnya bersih & nyaman.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

This house is exactly as described. Rafi is a very nice person. He responds to everything very promptly. Once my bathroom got locked, he sent the keys immediately and this is very close to grand Indonesia. All facilities are available in the society. Value for money!

18日間、滞在しましたが、マンションの隣にスーパーマーケット、3つのショッピングセンターがあり生活しやすい場所にあり、あっという間の18日間でした。毎日、pacific placeというショッピングセンターにランチを食べに歩くのですが、ジャカルタの最先端の雰囲気を感じながら歩くのは、この街に来て良かったと思います。オーナー、フロントのスタッフ、セキュリティ、メイドとも親切な対応に感謝を申し上げます。昨年の秋に続いて2回目の利用になります。次回、ジャカルタに来た時は是非、利用したいと考えています。お世話になりました。

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per 3 mesi nell'appartamento di Refki e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L'appartamento è comodo, pulito e ben arredato, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi subito a casa. La zona è tranquilla ma ben collegata, perfetta sia per lavorare che per rilassarsi. Refki è stato un host sempre disponibile, gentile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ha risposto rapidamente a qualsiasi domanda o richiesta e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole con la sua ospitalità. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno medio-lungo in un ambiente confortevole e ben gestito.

2 minggu tinggal disini, sangat menyenangkan. semua fasilitas lengkap, seperti rumah sendiri. Tuan rumah pun sangat responsif. Saya akan menginap lagi disini di lain waktu^^

Fair price, clean & good location. Easy check in and friendly host. Our request for early check in was also fulfilled by Adrian. Some parts of the apartment need a bit of renovation (kitchen sink and also the floor below the sofa), but still a very good accomodation for the price in the central location of Jakarta.
