A spacious apartment in a block with friendly inhabitants. It was useful to have a parking space outside as well as in the garage. Capbreton has a few shops and restaurants. There are more at nearby Hossegor centre ville. Bayonne is an interesting town with a lot of history and a good array of food shops. The beaches at Capbreton are very nice, with free parking at the ones near the apartment.

Very nice postcard view. Chantal welcomed us personally in a very friendly way. The apartment has everything you need. Even in the high season you can always find a good parking space somewhere, usually also in front of the building.

Viviane is very attentive and responsive. The accommodation is very very clean and very well located, despite the time we were able to take care of the area without problem. I recommend it to 100%

We had a great stay at Françoise's place. The place was as described and everything is very clean, tidy and very well located. Beyond the accommodation, Françoise and her husband were adorable with us and our daughter, it was a real pleasure to meet them. I would recommend it We will come again

This is a lovely apartment in an incredible location and Mikel was a great host. He was out of town when we arrived but his mother met us to let us in and was delightful. We had a beautiful time watching the sunset and surfers from the balcony.

Lovely stay at Patricia’s, the perfect place for a pit stop before starting the Camino, and we were able to cook our own food which was nice. The swimming pool was out of action, not that it was swimming weather but just in case someone is looking for a pool.

Knowing Capbreton well, perfect location! Right next to the city center Clean apartment, linens that smell like laundry, quiet residence! Hosted with two cookies for my dogs, a small gesture that makes me happy 😊 Accommodation that receives dogs, and that's really the best! To know that the terrace is not closed but overlooks a large common area of the residence.

We have been super comfortable in the accommodation. It has all amenities. Our dog has really enjoyed the terrace, it is spacious and comfortable to enjoy our breakfasts (the rest of the meals, we have tasted the local cuisine). Ignacio attentive with us, he recommended places and places to eat. The parking closed and easily accessible. Would recommend and go back to the place 👌

Jean Marc's apartment is very well equipped. The bedding is of very good quality. The nice little balcony. We can go for a walk in the forest just behind and the beach is very close. Jean Marc is very responsive. We'll be back.

Camille is a very pleasant host and very flexible on schedules. He was also very flexible with the unscheduled arrival of one of our daughters. The house is functional in a very secure residence. A little clarification about the accommodation, the children's room does not have a door and is communicating with those of the parents. We had a lovely week in Soustons.

Accommodation located in a private residence, peaceful environment and ideally located 7-8 min walk to shops, restaurants, beach. For those who want to do without a car, nothing is missing nearby. Property we recommend and keep in mind. Thanks Annelyse :)

We came to participate in the Vieux Boucau triathlon, ideal location close to the center and quiet! Thanks for the little touch with the homemade apple jelly.

It's a great place to spend a few days. At the entrance to the Señorío de Bertiz, which is a must-see. Very well located to go both north and south. The apartment is very good for a family, as described. But undoubtedly the best thing is that it is located in a residential development with a (shared) swimming pool, paddle court and frontón. There's even a soccer field right next door. If you go with athletic children, you won't even know you have them. We had a great week, a great stay.
