A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

We had a great time at this villa conveniently located a stone's throw from Lake Hossegor. The house is very comfortable, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The contact was simple and pleasant, with great availability. We strongly recommend!

Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!

we spent a week traveling for work at Sandy and Pascal's we had a great week Pascal and Sandy are very welcoming we even had an evening together on Pascal's birthday I would definitely recommend their place to other guests

It's a different house to the ones we've been but it's very nice and it's a quiet area. The pool is very clean, we had access to the barbecue and the house had everything you need. The owner is very attentive and responds very quickly. We really liked it and it is highly recommended if you are going to spend a few days.

We had a pleasant stay in Marie Pierre's accommodation. It corresponds on every point to what we were looking for: well-equipped, peaceful, close to shops on foot, close to many hikes on foot and very warm. We would highly recommend stopping by to relax and unwind in the mountains, facing the Rhune.

Ideal for a short trip and visit the surroundings, big plus for bikes and Bebe equipment! Clean accommodation, I would recommend!

Very good stay, the house is great. Small downside is a little far from the beach on foot (about 45 minutes) and Boucau is not very interesting. On the other hand, Bayonne and Biarritz are quite easily accessible even without a car.

Accommodation suitable for our 2 families with 4 children in total, a beautiful living room, bright. The kitchen is well equipped, the garden is very nice (although we were not able to enjoy it much because of bad weather). The accommodation is located a 30min walk from the beach, and the shops of the center 15min walk. Despite the proximity to major roads, the house is quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. Christophe was considerate and accommodating.

We had a fantastic holiday at Karyn’s house, the house and garden were perfect for us, clean, modern and simple inside the. The air con was welcome for a few days as was the nice terrace for the rest. Great location for cycling to local towns and beaches, which are amazing surf locations. Karyn was the perfect host, extremely welcoming, informative and friendly. We had a few challenges with our car/bikes during our holiday and she was so supportive and caring with this which made it all so much easier for us. Would love to return and would highly recommend!! We had a very nice weeks stay. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a welcome pack and had a good introduction to the property. The property was well kept, quiet and picturesque and met all of our expectations. Frederic was very hospitable and checked we had all we needed.

Listing as described, good location and with a beautiful view of Mont Ursuya. Great location for hiking. Biarritz 40 min by car. Well equipped accommodation, with good bedding, and in every way consistent with the listing description. Peaceful environment. We recommend hiking in Mont Ursuya, and the Rhune from Ascain, but it is also possible to take beautiful walks from the accommodation. We had the pleasure of being able to visit the farm that is across the street. A hello will be enough to be invited by the farmers who have shared with us their passion for sheep and their profession. We recommend this place, or nothing is missing and where you feel at home.
