Jennifers place was even better than the photos. She really thought of everything. My family enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommend staying there.

Spacious and comfortable! Lovely porch! Well equipped kitchen! Beds super comfortable! The house overall was a wonderful place to gather and enjoy time with our family! Host Gino was gracious and very informative!

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. I would gladly recommend this stay and if ever in the area again would happily seek to stay here again.

I came to stay here with eleven other family members for a wedding in the area. We were all able to stay together in one place at a lovely and peaceful location. The kitchen is huge for cooking a big family meal. The pool was very clean and fun for the warm days, while the fire pit was nice for the colder nights. The hot tub was amazing! All the rooms were unique and had their own personalities like my family members. Brantley and Anne were very friendly and helpful during our stay. I couldn’t have picked a better place and would love to come back in the future!

The reservation, check-in and check-out process was simple. The staff was very friendly and made recommendations for shopping and restaurants. The amenities of the home were just as described in the listing and photos. The home was very clean and stocked with 'necessities', shampoo, soap, kitchen supplies, extra linens, etc. When the pool pump stopped working Thursday evening, Jessica arrived at the property within 10 minutes to make the repairs. Although we never received additional communication from Chris after check-in, we would definitely rent another unit from Chris.

My family of 7 felt right at home at the Taylor lake house. This place has it all! When I tell you this place is fully stocked. So many little extras they did to go above about beyond ! The hot tub was a hit among the group. The dock is so peaceful and serene. We brought the pontoon boat for fishing. The kids loved every minute on the beach. Plus the kayaks were a blast! I enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a private getaway.

We enjoyed staying with family to visit my brother who lives close by. The house was comfortable and was perfect for having a nice dinner, the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials! We are sad we had to leave early to escape getting caught by the hurricane but we would definitely visit again! Hendrick is an attentive host and was amazing at answering any questions we had about our stay!

Beautiful place, great views of the preserve. We are recurrent guests, we love the area, the neighborhood, the local restaurants. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We will be coming back sometime this year :)

I gotta say. I was very impressed and pleased with my stay here. The place is a good size. With a good size kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size. The land is beautiful. So peaceful with an amazing view of the trees. There’s so many different shaped trees when you sit out on the back porch and look at them. It’s beautiful. The yard is fully fenced, our three dogs loved it after such a long journey here with no real yard to run around before we got here. Lori responded to questions instantly and we were able to extend our stay quickly and with ease at short notice (Luckily it wasn’t already booked) while we waited for a changed closing date. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay there again. Thank you again for this wonderful stay.

The location was gorgeous, especially the view from the screened in porch. Even though there were houses on both sides we almost never heard the neighbors. It was a very quiet, peaceful, and inspiring stay. The hosts were very responsive to our communications. The only negative for those to whom it might matter was accumulated dust in certain areas. For us it was a beautiful place at the end of the world to recharge.

My husband and I were in need of a quick getaway. We found Donna's place and knew this was exactly what we were looking for. It was in close proximity of Rainbow Springs (where we wanted to visit) and was pet friendly. The house was clean (all hardwood/tile flooring), spacious (open floor plan), nicely decorated, furniture in great condition & comfortable, fenced in yard for the pups, on the river, and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the quiet evenings out back on the deck & in the screened in porch and the pups loved exploring the yard. We cooked breakfast & lunch at the home and explored the town for dinner. We did not get to use the kayaks or bikes but loved that they were available. Donna answered all my questions and was very accommodating to my dates. I would definitely book this home again and recommend to others! Thank you!

Great location, super private, pet friendly would definitely rent again!! Went for my daughters birthday, location was minutes away from rainbow springs. Lots of outdoor space for the kids to play football and tons of area for the dogs to roam. Post was very responsive and very helpful. We would definitely return again!

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Thank you!

Nice and secluded, yet close to rainbow river. access to the private park was a nice perk. Only complaint was grill wasn't clean, and the upstairs bed wasn't comfortable...master bed was great though.

We spent an extended week here, and it was everything we needed and more. Perfect location for exploring and spring hopping. The place was clean and cozy, loved all the flamingo decor. Would stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!

wow ! beautiful, well maintained home ! the home was clean with lots of natural light. kitchen was well equipped with cooking Utensils. the pool was AMAZING 👏 back yard was full fenced making for lots of Privacy. strongly recommend. the rental agreement was basically the Exact same thing as the airbnb website so no need to be worried. affordable & well wroth it . Melinda was such a pleasure to work with . my family will be returning in sep for another week . plenty of family activities , groceries store and restaurants. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. lots of towels and cleaning supplies. comfortable beds with lauge master. overall 5 stars.

Susan and Jerry were outstanding hosts, they were responsive, proactive and always available to us! The home was perfect for our family of 6, our kids loved thier place and already want to go back. The home was clean, clutter free and well kept. Everything in the home works and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Susan and Jerry left us all the passes and information needed to navigate The Villages. We are beyond Blessed to have them as hosts and enjoyed thier property during our stay. We will definitely be Air BnB'ing with them for future visits to The Villages.

Loved staying in this home with my family including 2 small children . Unfortunately the pool was too cold to enjoy but the patio/pool area is very clean and beautiful. The home is fully equipped with everything you may need and more ! A lot of towels , self-care items and more ! Spacious and clean ! Highly recommend 5/5 stars! Would definitely stay again when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool with the kids !

Beyond satisfied with our stay. We booked this house as a group, 3 couples & kids. The house was very spacious and provided more than enough room for everyone. The host was extremely polite, resourceful, and very responsive to any questions or issues we may have had. The boat ramp & docks were perfect for each 3 24’ boats we had. The only suggestion I have is better parking for trucks/boat trailers. We all had a spot but it was a tight fit. Other than that, 0 complaints and would definitely stay here again!

We opted to stay at the Crabby cottage since my wife’s parents live in the villages. The house was just down the street from them, which was great. The home was beautiful and we didn’t wanna go home. There was no noise neighborhood was peaceful.
