Great stay for work trip in Guatemala City. Conveniently located. Very clean and cozy.

Wonderful apartment. Beautiful clean and luxurious. Only downside was that the pool was not heated, which is what my kids were really looking forward to, and the reason we chose this place. It was broken for several weeks according to the manager downstairs.

Excellent apartment, quiet, very good location and Jorge was always attentive to everything.

Great place, clean, downtown, and easy to enter

Awesome location close to many fine restaurants and close proximity to the airport. Once we checked in the entrance and guarded security coming and going was a breeze. Apartment is beautiful and is furnished with comfortable furniture. Master bedroom with entrance to bathroom and living room. Noisy on the patio 5:00 pm when rush hour traffic hits the city. You are in the middle of a big busy city just loved Coming and going. Streets have safe corners for walking and most drivers respected foot traffic. First time to Guatemala and enjoyed the vibe of the big city and staying at Joshua’s Airbnb. I knew exactly what I was renting with other reviews but totally was thrilled to call it home for 4 nights. 5 star for value price and location and definitely recommended.

Comfortable and spacious apartment, equipped with everything needed for a family stay. It has the plus of being within a Shopping Center with a diversity of shops and restaurants for shopping and entertainment. We'll definitely be back.

place 100/10. apartment with 3 rooms ideal for medium groups and with 2 spaces for vehicles. The only very minor detail is that there is no soap to shower but the rest is luxurious. Always recommended.

My husband and I were looking for a place with air conditioning, Carmen's place was perfect for us; very close to everything.

It's a very good, spotless listing and a very friendly host. The only bad point is the heat but when opening windows it is removed

The beautiful house, very clean, the location is excellent, you walk to the old town without problems or on the main street for bus or tuc tuc, the house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, very private.

Had a great time with family here. Privacy for all guest. One of the best places we stayed while going through all of Guatemala.

An excellent place !! Silvia's stay is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. It must be clear that it is not directly in old Guatemala however it is about 10- 15min from the center of old and the uber arrives very quickly . the house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice , the bathrooms are clean and has everything you can cook which was very helpful. There is a commercial square 1km from there that has everything you need. the pool area is quite at ease to have a good time with the family and its terrace is incredible for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.
