Nice, comfortable and well-equipped studio at the ground floor of a villa, beside a wide garden with trees. Internal parking just in front of the studio. Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the subway station A " Re Di Roma", which takes you in a short time to the historic center of Rome and Termini station, also bus 85 stops in front of the building and arrives at the historic center. The Tuscolana station is 10 minutes walk and connects to Fiumicino airport. The Apt is in a neighborhood with many shops, bars , pubs, restaurants, supermarket. In the Apt there is a garden with a covered part for eating and relaxing in peace.

Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
