Paul and Carol are wonderful folks who take pride in their cottage. I have stayed with them a couple of times per year over the last few years and always greatly enjoy seeing them and staying at their property. Everything that you need for comfort, meal preparation and a relaxing/welcoming setting is available. I appreciate and respect the efforts they take to make this such a special place to stay.

There was a small issues with the washer not working, but Sarah was upfront and offered a refund if i wanted. When i said its ok she offered her personal washer if i needed it. The parts to fix came in earlier then planned and Sarah gave me options to fix or wait till i check out. Her communication was on point and very respectful of our time there. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful! The house is right next to the river so you wake up to beautiful views, the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need for cooking, and the host was very kind and responded quickly. This was pretty much everything I could have wanted in an airbnb, plus a sauna that I tried for the first time! They even provide earplugs and white noise machines in case you need them since it’s right off the road, but it was pretty peaceful. The home is beautiful and clean, and very well put together. 10/10 recommend for anyone who wants a quiet getaway, I will definitely be coming back!
