We came for an EVG, and we were impressed by this place. We take your eyes full of it as soon as we walk through the door. Many activities to do: arcade kiosk, console, climbing wall, darts, hot tub, tastefully made decorations, beautiful mural in the living room... Everything was perfect and very clean, you could have stayed there for a month without ever putting your nose outside. The most beautiful Airbnb I've ever done. I recommend it and will most likely return. Congratulations to the owner for the titanic work done here.

Our stay at Olivia & Dom's place went wonderfully well. The space is impeccable. Very clean, charming, easily accessible by metro and tram from Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with the ability to park a vehicle easily. Shops nearby. The garden and spacious terrace are pleasant. Perfect for a large family.

Jean was really friendly and responsive. We had great tine there. Highly recommended 😊

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Amazing host. Hugues and his family live in a beautiful flat, right opposite Gare de Nord and we were so lucky to stay at his place. Everything is clean and ready. Hugues helped us leave the bags at his place after we checked out with no issue. We definitely want to stay at their place again when we are in Paris next time.

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

This was a great and spacious place for us (a couple). Disclosure, I love staying in the 11th! The local area is vibrant, you are right by cafes and supermarkets and restaurants and a really good fruit and veg store. When you walk out the door you are literally at the metro entrance, with easy access to everywhere - or you can walk.... The apt. was very quiet at night - also thanks to electric shutters on the windows facing the street. Tons of hot water. Good towels. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well equipped. A place to return to!

we stayed at Charlotte's place as a family of four and had a great time. The apartment was very handy for us as we arrived in the evening on the Eurostar so wanted somewhere quite accessible with two younger kids (8, 10) and it was only a 5 minute walk amd getting access was really easy. The apartment was well sized for us all and had everything you would need for a short stay. It's a lived in family apartment which suited us perfectly but if that isn't your thing might not be the place for you. There is an amazing bakery just next to the apartment where we got our breakfast from every morning and a great restaurant (Casimir) just next door too. Easy access to a number of metro lines and a 15 min walk up to Montmartre. Overall a cracking place, in a good location for a stay in Paris. Would recommend!

Nina's place was really great to get to know Paris! The location was good for walking to the main attractions, but the place is right above a bar, which leads to a certain volume at night. The decor was great, the rooms are sufficiently large. There was a shower room and two toilets, one of which is directly attached to one of the rooms. The equipment of the kitchen is very good.

We had a great time. everything was very clean and comfortable. Private parking is a plus. access to the metro 12 in 5 minutes on foot. nearby a crossroads, a Burger king and a playground that really pleased the children. if there was something to say: limited kitchen equipment: no bottle opener, one or two necessary kitchen knives and lack of large coffee cups (we left 2 as gifts😁). I recommend this apartment to families with children ( even small) everything is very convenient. Thank you and look forward to it 👍

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is very well decorated. It is ideally located next to the RER A. For 2 people it's fine. For 3 or 4 people it's a little fair since you have to unfold the sofa in the living room and there is a window without a shutter so the day enters the room.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

The apartment is bright and perfectly equipped, which made us feel at home. The quietness of the neighborhood and the comfort of the accommodation made our stay very relaxing. We had clear and precise explanations which allowed our arrival and departure very fluid. I would highly recommend this listing for a stay and it fits perfectly with the description. Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.
