Hunter House - Self Catering in Cederberg

The Hunter House is a private holiday home in the Cederberg that is surrounded by blossoms, flowers and Namaqualand daisies in the spring. Summer brings the sound of the sun beetles and fresh peaches next to your holiday home. The river on your doorstep so if you don't swim in it during the summer, you can see how it grows in the winter next to a fireplace as you hear it roar. This is a huge 2 bedroom duplex. We try to provide everything you need for a short stay as well as long stay. We provide 20 units of electricity daily and gas for gasstove. Downstairs there is a livingroom with open plan kitchen and a guest toilet. upstairs there is 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is also a small livingarea where we put in 2 single beds for the kids. At the back there is a huge open area and you have a private patio with your own barbeque.

Cederberg Cottage

Cederberg Cottage renovated 150-year-old farm building, it sits alone with a scenic outlook across a narrow valley rising steeply on the far side to a rocky ridge. Directly to the front of the cottage is a blue plunge pool, while to the left beautiful pink lilies bob gently on a pond. The general decor and furnishing are simple and practical and in keeping with a weekend in the craggy Cederberg. All linen is provided, but no towels. An authentic salt-of-the-earth Cederberg experience.

Tortoise Terrace @ The Storytellers is situated on beautiful piece of Cederberg wilderness. Spend time switching off and connecting to nature. The space is is simple, quirky, comfortable and close-to-nature (glamping style between the rocks, in a furnished safari tent with private bathroom and kitchen). There is a luxury safari tent which sleeps two in a double bed and two in bunks, plus a simple but comfy cabin with bathroom and kitchen. A lovely outdoor deck gives you space to chill.

Retreat farmhouse is tucked away on a small almond farm which is part of a large fruit farming business. The guest house is ideal for those seeking relaxation and privacy.
