Vacation rentals with breakfast in Clark County

Charissa was super responsive and helpful, with a same-day booking in urgent need. She was so understanding and friendly with me last minute requesting to extend my stay! The house even had amenities for the dogs! I will stay back here when I come back in town!

Griselda is the perfect host. Her description and pictures are spot on! The bed is extremely comfortable, which was a God send considering I have a slipped L5. The room is quite spacious. I had no issues walking around the room for a good 15 to 20 min to complete my daily step count. It was easy to find and in a safe neighborhood. The room is part of her home and therefore you may hear her family at times, however they abide by the quiet hours, as well. I point this out only because if you choose a hotel you are never guaranteed other guests respecting normal sleeping hours. If you are deciding between a hotel room or Griselda's place, 100% pick Griselda's place. I will be back in the area soon, and plan on staying again, if the room is available. What a lovely place to call home while in town to see our son perform at The University of Dayton! This house is a treasure — it’s the perfect combination of warmth and comfort, featuring a charming neighborhood, a peaceful ambiance, and a cozy atmosphere that will melt away stress and fatigue if you let it. Choosing this gem over a standard hotel stay meant my husband — who had not been home for more than 36-hours at one time in months — could lean into the calm, allowing himself time to recharge and refocus between events at the university. To say I had to force him to leave is not hyperbole; the four night stay was simply not enough for him. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Excellent experience at Chris's Oasis. Her hospitality is off the charts! She is a gem! 😄👏 Food snacks exceptional! This was a very pleasant stay......comfortable bed, hot water, wifi strong, lots of space, free parking and a lovely garden to sit outside. Chris's place is also great value. We were in Dayton for a family funeral and Olivier's place was a great match. Easy check in , easy check out. Beds were high quality and the 2 full bathrooms were great. Inside the home was updated well. Loved the garage for our car. Thank you again Olivier!

Janine’s place was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect - super close to the highway and close enough to walk (though we chose to drive) to The Greene, a large outdoor shopping and dining complex. Bonus is you get covered attached parking with this apartment. I can’t say enough about Janine as a host. We rented a larger apartment from her in the same building last summer. It was booked for our dates but we knew she’s a great host and the building is in such a good location we tried the smaller apartment. We needed to contact her for a small issue and she responded immediately.

This location was further out than I anticipated. However it was nice and quiet. I will definitely use the host again
