House vacation rentals in Clarke County

The house was great. clean, lots of towels, loved the hot tub. There are two things I would point out. The steps to the upstairs are very hard for people with mobility issues but there are four bedrooms on first floor. There are two single steps on the first floor.

Stayed for a girls reunion long weekend. We were thrilled which how much room we had to spread out. We chose this airbnb for the number of bathrooms which made getting ready super easy. This place is well equipped with mirrors, closets etc. the kitchen was fully loaded as well, which was great as we cooked/ate there mostly. The heated soaker pool was the perfect way to end our days and we used the firewood for a bonfire. We definitely would stay here again.

I would recommend this home greatly. We were on a girls weekend. We enjoyed the home the surroundings and the peacefulness. It’s in a beautiful setting close to many great restaurants and wineries. The beds were comfortable and the homeless clean. Should we ever find ourselves that way again we’ve already decided we would stay here.

Kyle and Krystal were excellent hosts with a beautiful space. Everything was as described. Great pool, a kitchen with lots of needed items, linens, towels, and a beautiful yard. Private and secluded. They were both very responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend.

There isn’t enough space on this review to write all the great things about our stay, this house and Nicole. Nicole is a fabulous host: easy to communicate with, very responsive and gave us some great insight to the area. The house was even better in person than in the photos. Very clean, well appointed and just the best location. It was quiet and remote while being close to things to do. The walking trail, hot tub and screen in porch were our most used spaces. The beds are very comfortable, there’s plenty of linens and pillows, and the perfect sleeping arrangement layout. There is a great assortment of toys in the house as well which my 2 year old loved. There was also so many thoughtful touches to the house as well like welcome guides, cooking basics and spices, bug spray, and so many other things. We have already said this is a house we will return to visit again. I also appreciated that the house really makes you disconnect and reset and enjoy the outdoors. Thank you again!

Absolute peaceful oasis. This home gives you every essence of Virginia Wine Country. The home was quaint and the deer came up every morning to greet us. I can’t wait to come back in the summer when the pool is open! Thanks again

Leroy is a great host. We absolutely loved this charming farm cottage, with such quiet, peaceful surroundings. The house was comfortable and as clean as anyone should ever expect from an older country home. Staying here was reminiscent of staying at you parents or grandparents place on the farm. Leroy was very easygoing, kind and responsive, and left beautifully clear and easy to follow check/in & check/out instructions. I WILL 100% RECOMMEND!!!!!

We stayed at Fiona's amazing lodge in Bluemont for a night to celebrate my brother's bachelor party and it was the perfect setting. Fiona was very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. Surrounded by beautiful woodlands, the deck is perfect for talking about seeing the sunset. The inside was spotless and exactly like the pictures. All the amenities we needed were provided in the kitchen and bathrooms and made for the perfect environment for the night. We didn't get to do the hike I was thinking about, but the area has some really great trails connected to the Appalachian Trail and some really cool breweries 5 to 20 minutes away. I was a little worried about the TV not being big enough for a shared game night (the one on the bottom floor) but it ended up being a great size for sharing photos and memories. There was a pool that I didn't realize was on the property but it was closed up, would love to come back and try out that sometime!

We had a lovely time, a memorable weekend and a very interesting experience indeed. And with all the animals, including the young pups, the children were more than occupied and not hooked on their devices. John was a very gracious host and showed us the works before he left for the weekend. Overall it was great that he was comfortable with us having day guests for a celebration weekend at the farm. As a working farm, it took us some getting used to in the beginning. But the pups, cats, tortoises and more had us enthralled. The whole group felt it was truly a weekend to remember - we will be talking about the fun time we had for a long time to come. Looking forward to seeing the end result of the exciting renovations to come in the dining room and kitchen to make them more functional.

Cute cottage! Had everything we needed and it was very peaceful. The only thing to note is that showering is pretty difficult. The tub is nice and there is a shower hose, but you have to hold it up yourself. This might be an obstacle for some people. The host was very nice easy to communicate with. Didnt see any animals on the property unfortunately!

Nice place for a family stay. It’s a quirky old house with a lot of charm. We enjoyed the games and the sauna.

David’s place is beautiful. It’s private and feels secluded, although you’re in a neighborhood. The home itself is very nice, has tons of stuff to do for fun. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace, outdoor fire pit and game room. There are cleanliness and maintenance issues but we enjoyed our stay a lot. David is also a very good communicator and was accommodating.

Stayed in Pat’s place for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect. I don’t think we’ve stayed in any other place as well-prepared for guests—it had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The property was just as beautiful as the pictures and was like a home away from home. Pat was also a great host from the time booked until checkout, providing plenty of local recommendations and checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

We stayed for the weekend and we had a great time. The Hiking trails are five minutes away and there are fantastic vineyards and breweries around. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. When the hot water is turned on it has a very unpleasant smell, especially in the bathtub. But owner was very responsive and offered suggestions/updates that were very helpful.

Very peaceful, a place to get away and relax. Restful. Grounds are well cared for.

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Incredibly peaceful home secluded away from the hustle & bustle of the city with a nice view and deck with fireplace and grill, and great views from the living room. The house itself appears to be brand new, and had everything we could’ve needed. Extremely clean and everything worked well. Highly recommended!

Great writers retreat. Super quiet and cozy, close to quant small towns and home cooked restaurants. I would book it again.

This is a great, spacious, clean house with all amenities. It is in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to downtown. It was wonderful for our family and we appreciated the toddler pack and play, booster chair, and safety measures. The host was incredibly responsive when we needed to change our travel plans. Wonderful!

Amazing house, gorgeous, comfortable, amenities and commodities way above description. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful time with the family; all from 8 to 80 enjoyed every day to the max. On top, absolutely wonderful-top-of-shelf hostess. Don’t think twice, just go!
