At about 108m², with three double beds in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, up to 8 people can sleep. A large terrace overlooking the alpacas and the Chemnitztal completes the unique location. If you want to escape the stress of the city and slow down, this is the place to be. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180x200cm and a flat screen TV. You will find alpaca quilt that guarantee a good night's sleep. There is underfloor heating in each room. The living room with open kitchen offers a great view of the meadow due to the large window surfaces. The large comfortable couch is extendable and can therefore also be used as a sofa bed. A large flat-screen TV ( satellite reception ) is also located in the room. The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, etc. The daylight bathroom with a corner bath, shower with large rain shower, sink, toilet and a mirror cabinet with hairdryer completes the overall look. The 50 m² wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the alpacas and the Chemnitztal invites you to linger. The terrace is southwest facing for the perfect sunset. You can relax here on the sun loungers and rustic wooden seating. Please note that the apartments are not suitable for wheelchair access (staircase). Towels, bed linen and dishtowels are included. WiFi and parking are free.

The modern apartment is located in the historic district and is located in a quiet side street, not far from the city center and quickly accessible from the highway exit. Free parking is available in the surrounding area. All rooms of the apartment offer plenty of daylight and you can enjoy relaxing hours on the large balcony on warm days. The cozy bedroom comfortably accommodates 2 people, as does the fold-out sofa bed in the living room.

The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower.
