Richard's home is beyond exceptional and it's an incredible place to stay with your friends/family - my friends and I had a wonderful time re-uniting here. Richard's home has everything you need with 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The garden space is also well equipped with chairs/tables and an ability to have a BBQ! Furthermore - Richard is very pro active with useful local tips and places to checkout and is very communicative. If you're considering to spend time with friends/family, especially if you're from abroad and want to experience an authentic British home - stop looking now, because this is the place for you to be.

We had a perfect stay at the lodge! Beautiful property with equally beautiful surroundings. It’s well equipped and lovely to have use of hot tub, bbq etc! Lots of nice places to walk for food and drinks. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay - thank you!

Over the years we have stayed in a great many Airbnb’s. Sungate is one of the most comfortable and well equipped. The attention to detail and the high quality ‘extras’ are amazing. The bungalow is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Would most certainly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Bath. We would hope to stay again in Sungate when next visiting the area. We had a lovely Easter break in this house with our family (8 adults). The weather was perfect so we enjoyed playing tennis and paddle boarding on site and walked to the pub in the village.

Great accommodation on a beautiful well landscaped site. 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The deck out the back was great although we didn’t get the opportunity to use it due to prior commitments ( the reason for staying in the area) great communication from responsive host. Beautiful house which was perfect for a family weekend away. Very clean with excellent facilities. Views were lovely, a public footpath passes right past the garden with a nice walk to the local village. Host Debra a pleasure to communicate with.

A beautiful house in a lovely, quiet location. Very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The garden is amazing. It’s the perfect place for a family or friends get together. We went to The Crown in the village for a meal (3 min drive or 15 min walk), it’s a beautiful pub. Rosanna is an excellent host. We would thoroughly recommended Narracott House.

I don't really want to say how great Tom's place is... because if I do it will be so busy I'll never manage to book it again! Lovely flat, great location, love the Scandi chic, and having a glass of wine in the sun on the patio was a perfect way to end the day. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay, the place was clean and spacious. Its easy to reach on foot from the town centre, takeaways nearby and an M&S 10 minutes walking distance. Also close to the bus stop towards Swindon, Cheltenham and Cotswolds.

This is a beautiful appartment. Extremely well decorated and within 5 minutes walk of central Bath, restaurants. pubs and a Waitrose/Tescos. John e mailed all information needed for check in and answered all our questions. We will definitely book again next time we're in the area.

Lovely place to stay with amazing views and only a 10 min stroll into bath with coffee shops on the way. I like the bed and actually and a really good sleep which is not always the case. Lovely area outside the bedroom to sit in and read or just relax. Very nice host and would highly recommend.

Really lovely stay , garden would be fabulous in better weather . Lovely walk down into Bath , taxis back were usually £7 to £8 , and easily available. Would stay again if in Bath

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.

We had the most beautiful stay at the retreat in Tetbury- a wonderful apartment with all the essentials for our baby and pet dog. It was so relaxing, the facilities were fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the use of the garden with the bbq and scenic outside area. We were thrilled with how close we were to shops and Cirencenster. We would definite stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Amazing place! Good location in beautiful surroundings near the wave. Safe and fun place for toddlers, and very hospitable hosts! We would love to go back.

We have stayed at Joanna's flat on numerous occasions. The location is perfect, you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. I can particularly recommend the Portcullis Pub and the Bristol Fringe as well as any of the Deli's and bakeries. The number 8 bus from next to Nero's will take you into the centre of Bristol in about 10 mins or its about a 20 to 30 min walk down some steep hills. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is about 5 mins walk away. For a short break I cannot recommend this place or location enough.

The property was even more beautiful than the pictures. A perfectly decorated apartment in a nice area with stunning views. Lisa was very communicative and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Crin's over Xmas whilst visiting relatives nearby and it was exactly what we needed. Communication was great with Crin, she was warm and welcoming. The property was great for a walk around with our 4 year old to burn off some energy.

Had 2 cars and was very helpful with making sure it was easy enough to find parking for 2nd car. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed meeting the friendly dogs and spending time watching the swallows swooping outside. A peaceful and memorable getaway!
