Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Lovely 3 bed room on Corstorphine Hill close to Murrayfield & the airport. We are so close to zoo that sometimes you can hear the lions roar. We have good & well served bus route to the centre of town. On the 26, 31 & x18 bus you can be in the city centre in 20 minutes. And the 100 bus or Uber from the airport. The zoo is 7 minute walk. The property is 2.3 miles from Murrayfield, 4 miles to Princes St. 4.1 miles to the Royal Mile and the airport is 1.9 miles away. This is our family home

Our home is perfectly located with excellent transport links to access Edinburgh Airport, the city centre and Ocean Terminal. There is a lovely private garden with a Summerhouse. We are a short walk to Murrayfield Stadium and a 7 minute tram ride to Edinburgh West End, 10 minutes to Edinburgh Mound and 15 minutes to Edinburgh Waverley Train Station. We are in a quiet residential area but in minutes you can be in the midst of the bars, cafes and restaurants.
