For every unit, We hire a team that is available to our convenience 24/7 , that is why we are able to service nationwide.
Cleaning and maintenance
We hire and train ( if needed) a cleaner as well as 2 back ups. We schedule maintenance request on behalf of owner.
Listing photography
We source and choose a local photographer to capture and delegate which photos needed for optimal listings "eye catches"
Interior design and styling
We completely set up the Airbnb from start to finish by first designing, budgeting ordering, tracking, installation of all
Licensing and hosting permits
This is a free bonus add on- we help our guest get the proper licensing and permits to properly run Airbnb.
