I’ll help communicating w/ potential guests who send out booking inquiries & filter them by following screening procedures

Guest messaging

I am always quick with replies w/ warm & friendly words. I also have many years of outstanding customer service experience.

On-site guest support

I’ll try to resolve any problems thru text. If there are emergencies that require me to go in person, I’ll try to be there.

Cleaning and maintenance

I will not be able to go clean your place but I can help find cleaners that help find one that is good and can work long term

Listing photography

I am also a freelance photographer, so I can help you take beautiful photos for your listing and make your listing stand out!

Interior design and styling

I graduated from Emily Carr University of Art & Design, love interior decorating & set ups! I’ll make your place exceptional!

Licensing and hosting permits

I can help you find out information about getting license and permits in your city.
