Professional pictures, catchy titles & thorough descriptions are just the start. We ensure a full setup for your property.

Setting prices and availability

We have comprehensive data sheets that allow us to effectively price your property the year round. We advise on availability.

Booking request management

All requests are handled manually on a case-by-case basis. If you are uncertain about a booking, we do not accept it.

Guest messaging

We have a member of staff on call 24/7 for emergencies and respond within 1 hour to any timely requests. It's our job!

On-site guest support

We are available 24/7 for guests. Should they require us urgently, they just have to call us on the number we provide them.

Cleaning and maintenance

We have a professional in-house cleaning team that are based in Bournemouth. We communicate about the calendars daily!

Listing photography

We source our trusted professional photographer to ensure that your property is staged and looking its best for Airbnb.

Interior design and styling

We consult our in-house interior designer should you wish to design or retouch a space. Additional costs will be incurred.

Licensing and hosting permits

For 8 years we have complied with all local laws and regulations. We do not intend to stop.

Additional services

In-house maintenance is available if you do not have your own contacts. We also have an in-house commercial launderette.
