Help create cleaning protocols, coordinate and vet cleaning personnel as well as monitor cleaning standards and protocols.
Interior design and styling
Work with you on budget, design preferences and proposals - can also assist with the shopping and delivery/setup.
Licensing and hosting permits
Seasoned compliance professional in the real estate industry; MBA in business admin and can assist with most permits.

The location is very good, supermarkets and restaurants are very close, parking is also convenient, the host is very good

Great place to stay for accessing downtown Stavanger.
Also easy to access via the Bus direct from the airport (short walk)
Lots of room, nice and light.
And Liva was very helpful and responsive.

Everything was great. Liva was always helpful from start to finish and quick to reach. The apartment is super nice. Could have moved in right away. Well-equipped kitchen. Very nice bathroom. Everything you need is there. Everything is easily accessible on foot. Nearby, even the bus stops to or from the airport. Many restaurants and take away options nearby.
Can only recommend the apartment and Liva.

Liva’s place was a lovely cosy apartment about a 5 minute walk to the town . Liva is very obliging host and made sure everything was provided for a perfect stay .

Liva's place was a fantastic choice for our stay in Stavanger! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. While the bedding and linens could have been a bit better, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The indoor parking was a huge plus, especially given the weather. The location was ideal, with easy access to all that Stavanger has to offer. Liva was a wonderful host, always quick to respond and helpful with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
