So cozy and so clean. Neighborhood felt safe, private and peaceful. Air conditioners in every room helped with the humidity. Tons of windows to let in breeze. Stairs were tough with a one year old, so be wary if you’re a young family. But that was clearly listed, not a ding on the hosts. This was a new listing without reviews and were so thankful we went for it.

It was a great stay! It is in a great location, minutes from Tuscan and the highway. The house itself was very nice and clean and had all of the essentials you would need. Bob was a great host, he helped us with any concerns and was very attentive! If I find myself needing a place to stay for a little I’d definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay in Salem! The house was beautiful all around, the quality of the remodel was really well done. Beautiful fixtures and decor, easy to access, loved the mudroom. The house was in a great location, very peaceful for our whole family. The beds were very comfortable for everyone and the kids loved the little secret closet hideaway. Also, we loved having the windows open for fresh air and kids loved playing in the rain and outdoor area. The kitchen was well equipped and overall the house was just perfect! Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us!

The house has so much space and plenty of what you need for a lovely stay. It is family oriented with two rooms with kid friendly beds and some play space in the basement. There are also three rooms more typically adult furnished, one a huge master bedroom. There were plenty of instructions and the owners were quite responsive.

An amazing stay! We use Airbnb often, and this was truly one of the best experiences. We were in town with our twins while selling our home in Windham, and this property was immaculate—thoughtfully stocked, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident throughout. The hosts were also exceptionally flexible and communicative, graciously accommodating our changing schedule during the sale of our home, which meant so much to us.

Honestly for the price I paid for the house just didn’t look like the pictures… my dogs are very clean and well groomed..in the back yard there was an infestation of flees and we reached out to the host and they and they wouldn’t help us in anyway so we decided to leave 3 days early it really ruined the vacation. The host refused to refund any money or take any accountability for the issue we had If it’s just your family staying there it’s not horribly bad but if you have dogs I would re think staying there for sure. This was my first experience with Airbnb and honestly probably my last.

The house is beautiful and has plenty of space to spread out for a large family. Peaceful location, but less than 5 minutes from downtown Dover and its great stores and restaurants
