I created the spaces of my Airbnb from SCRATCH, you just have to go to my profile. You also have to adapt the idea to the environment
Licensing and hosting permits
This point is not a mystery; it is to know if your space can be registered (tourist license) and I can manage the paperwork.

We (mother, son and dog) spent 3 nights with Kike and his lovely dog. It was an amazing stay. The best stay we had so far with Airbnb. We’ve had many!
