Every quarter we do market research and tweak pricing to make sure we are staying competitive while also staying fair.

The most important part of any booking is locking in the reservation. Being quick and responsive to inquiries is imperative.
Guest messaging
We always try to respond within minutes to any inquiry. Our typical hours are 9am-11pm EST. Being first is the best support.
On-site guest support
My husband is a general contractor, so depending on the urgency, we usually try to get any issue resolved within hours.
Cleaning and maintenance
It took 2 years, but we finally found a truly professional cleaner that we have partnered with and have on retainer.
Listing photography
Ai was in a photography club and does her best to brighten the space and also take a seasonal set of photos for the holidays.
Interior design and styling
Honestly, we have taken the budget approach to furnishing. FB marketplace has been the majority of the best deals.
Additional services
Managing inventory and the cost of supplies included into our management fee.
