Villa vacation rentals in Collalto Sabino

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

This was a wonderful stay in a beautifully renovated home. The apartment looks like the photos and our stay was very comfortable. Everything is well thought-out, brand new and in great shape. Mattresses, bed linens and towels are of good quality. Location is very peaceful and not in the dead center of Rome. You can easily walk to many attractions (would take about 30mins). There's a supermarket 2 minutes away, making location more convenient. A couple of nice restaurants are within a few minutes walk as well. Asia was a great host and provided some great recommendations for activities and restaurants.

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

Wonderful ! From the place, the house, the amenities to the host, everything is perfect. Marcello is such an amazing host, always available and sharing great advices to enjoy our stay in the region and around. We had amazing time. The place is really located in the middle of the nature and helping to relax. Good to note that Rome is only 1 hour drive and therefore really convenient too. We can only recommend ! My boyfriend and I stayed at Oswald in August 2024. The house is perfectly located between Rome and the beach (each 25 min drive). Which is ideal if you need a quite, isolated place but also easily accessible if you want to visit and other activities. The house is fully equiped and we even enjoyed making BBQ in the garden. As remote workers, the internet connexion is good enough even for online meetings and the house has a lot of different rooms you can work from. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure will come back.

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

Everything from check in to check out went wonderfully in this beautifully renovated house. We enjoyed the beautiful pool that brought wonderful cooling during the warmer days. Ideal base to visit e.g. Rome and Tivoli and to relax in the countryside afterwards. The garden is heavenly and offers 100% privacy as the listing also described. We would love to come back! We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. we only stayed one night, we wanted to visit Terni and the waterfalls. So we were only in the house long enough to put down our suitcases and then the night and then we got ready the next morning to check out. In any case, I report: very tidy house with everything you need; clean bathroom and overall very clean villa. The villa is not far from the Basilica of San Valentino while to reach the center of Terni, you need to travel by car. Maurizio is really helpful and friendly, highly recommended accommodation 🤠

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!
