The furnishings are new and modern. Thick wooden beams on the ceiling and the noble wooden floor bring coziness. The terrace with the green flat roof is ideal for a glass of wine on mild warm summer nights or a mulled wine in winter. Private parking is also included with the apartment.

After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
