One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

This small village is at 1453 meters above the level and it’s surrounded by Marmolada, Civetta & Pelmo Mount. On arrival we will ask you you 1,50 euros each person and day for the tax tourist. A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

The entrance is private, 2 bedrooms are available, the first with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds, the two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, the main one also with a bathtub. From the house in 15 minutes you are at the Alleghe or Falcade ski lifts. There is also a rock gym in the municipality: "Vertik Area Dolomiti".
