The place is located at the height between the valleys of the Ennepe and the healing basin, surrounded by dams. The valley of the Ennepe is one of the most beautiful river valleys in North Rhine-Westphalia. From here you can start extensive walks or hikes into the varied nature. By car, the larger cities Wuppertal, Hagen are quick to reach. Cologne and Düsseldorf are also only 50 km away.
